Yes. Our e-commerce service provider Sporg specializes in member driven e-commerce. Your transaction is processed on a secure server and your credit card information is never held in a database. Once your credit information is passed to the financial institution handling your request, it is approved or declined and wiped from memory. Absolutely. Send your cheque to the address listed on our contact page. Once your cheque has cleared, our staff will contact you and begin the process of building your site.
All our websites are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have up until your site draft has been designed and approved by you to request a refund. Partial refunds may be given after the approval of the site draft prior to going live on a case to case basis. However, refunds will not be issued once the final site design has been approved and has gone live. For additional information, please refer to our terms of use.

All our sites come with a minimum of two free updates. If you require frequent updates, then additional update packages are available. If you are an ardent do-it-your-selfer, than our staff will be happy to assist you in getting set-up. We recommend Macromedia Dreamweaver or Contribute by Adobe.
Absolutely. Our packages start with ten pictures. We will take your pictures, customize them to suit your site design and post them on the pages you request. With your photos on the site, it helps to truly brand the site as your own.
Yes. We will customize the names of the buttons to match the pages you would like to have on your site. If you require buttons in addition to the ones included on the pre-designed site you have chosen, there will be an extra charge.
No problem. Our in-house design team would be happy to customize the colors of the site design you choose.
Yes. Our mail servers include both anti-spam and anti-virus protection. We still recommend that you run virus protection software to protect you from other avenues of attack (that music file you downloaded may not just contain music!). We recommend Norton Internet Security or Trend Micro. Both offer reliable and effective protection from viruses and hackers.
